The Illuminati returns in a tightly paced and incredibly tense story. The stakes are incredibly high and it’s very exciting to see how far the group will go to save their universe. The great part about the series so far is the group dynamic on play here. Funnily enough, there’s more than a bit of mistrust and outright hostility between the members and it’s definitely the book’s strongest aspect. Come for the intrigue, stay for the characterizations.
